Fuel ace Alaska in preseason opener

ANCHORAGE, AK – In the first of a two-game preseason series, the Indy Fuel defeated the defending Kelly Cup Champion Alaska Aces 3-1 on Tuesday at Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska. The race for the Hoosier Crossroads Conference championship became a bit more crowded last week after the Avon Orioles knocked off conference leading Fishers 36-26. The victory also gave the Orioles control of their own destiny for the prestigious HCC title as Avon joined three other conference rivals with only one loss in conference play.

Fuel hire three assistant coaches, send six to AHL camps
